A Clash of Empires in a Time of Enlightenment

The Guild of Louis & Anne seeks to function as a forum to help living historians and interpreters of the time of approximately 1680-1720 by sharing event information and resources.  The Guild of Louis & Anne is primarily focused on activity in the North-East United States.

Louis XIV of France and Queen Anne of Great Britain and Ireland were the heads of state during the tumultuous War of the Spanish Succession (1702-1714).  The French contest for hegemony spread throughout the world via the high seas to the colonies abroad.
